Return & Refund Policy

At Royal Pop, your satisfaction is our priority.

RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@swatchresseller.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@swatchresseller.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items showing signs of use or wear
- Items without original packaging
